一、簡介
SP系列單軸撕碎機是一款有著廣泛應用范圍的粉碎設備,完美的設計可滿足各種行業的廢料回收要求。可處理的物料種類繁多,包括各種塑料制品如塊料、管材、薄膜等,以及各類廢料舊電纜、木材、紙張。可根據破碎材料及下一步加工需求選擇合適的篩網孔徑,破碎后是物料可直接回收使用或進一步細碎處理。智能電氣控制有效保護設備安全。
二、操作說明
液壓系統驅動推料裝置前進,電機通過皮帶、減速機將動力能傳遞到轉子上,使轉子、上定刀和下定刀之間產生相對切削運動。物料通過進料口進入撕碎機內部,液壓系統驅動推料裝置將物料直線推至轉子、上定刀和下定刀之間,物料經過刀片間的相對運動使顆粒細化。
第一步:撕碎機準備就緒,調試上電。
第二步:液壓系統啟動,驅動推料裝置將物料推向旋轉的轉子。
第三步:物料經過刀片間的相對運動使顆粒細化,細化后的物料通過轉子下方的篩網孔落下。
三、優特點
1、轉子
動刀采用CrMoV高合金耐磨鋼,有多種不同配置成分材料可供選擇,可跟換角度多次使用。
定刀可調節:通過調整刀具的間隙,撕碎范圍更廣。
可選擇表面堆焊耐磨材料,適合處理一些較硬的、磨損較大的物料,有效保證刀滾長期穩定使用。
2、推料裝置
推料裝置外側鋼板與推料箱之間全部精加工完成,保證推料箱與箱體之間間隙。推料箱下部底板加厚處理,物料進入撕碎腔時對推料箱下部底板影響較小。
推料裝置下部設有集灰裝置,保證設備內部零部件長期穩定運行。
3、篩網
篩網可根據不同的要求自由更換不同類型與大小篩網。
打開篩網時,設備自動停止,保證安全。
大型設備篩網分段制作,方便維修更換。
4、動力裝置
智能液壓控制,破碎較易碎物料時,油缸以最快的速度運行。
當破碎較難破碎的物料時,推進速度自動變慢,防止轉子過載,每個液壓系統都配置冷卻系統,保證設備長時間穩定運行。
多種機型均有兩種動力配置可供客戶自由選擇,大功率設備均配置液壓耦合器。減速機安全系數均在2.0極以上。
5、防護罩
動力裝置采用全保護的結構,使用更加安全。

五、注意事項
1、電機旋轉方向是否正確,機器空載啟動后方可投料,如方向不對,將發生刀口崩裂,物料拋出等意外傷人的危險。
2、電機旋轉時,機器內部帶輪周圍不得進行清掃和維修。

A. GENERAL INFORMATION
SP series single shaft shredder is a crushing machine with perfect design. It is widely used and qualified to shred various waste materials such as plastic block, pipe, film, cable, wood, paper and so on. The suitable screen can be chosen according to fed materials and the next processing requirement. The output material could be directly reused or further shred into smaller pieces. Smart electric system keeps shredder safe.
B. OPERATING STEPS
Hydraulic system makes pushing device run and motors pass power into rotor by belt and gearbox. Rotor upper and bottom stator blades will work as cutting motion. Materials are fed into the hopper and pushed by pushing chamber between rotor blades, upper and bottom stator blades. After being shred, fed materials will become granules.
FIRST:Ready condition, Power on.
SECOND:Hydraulic system starts and has materials pushed into rotor.
THIRD:Material is cut into smaller granules which fall through screen mesh.
C. MAIN COMPONENTS
1. Rotor
Rotor blades made from CrMov high alloy wear-resistant steel, various rotor blades optional for different materials and reusable by changing their angles.
Adjustable stator blades with extensive application advantages of adjusting blades space.
Rotor made of bead welding and wearing layer processing with the merit of long-life shredding very hard&wear-resistant materials.
2. Pushing device
lts outer steel plate and pushing chamber are finely processed and kept space. Pushing chamber is made of thickening-processed bottom plates which prevent materials from causing big influence on them.
3. Screen
Various screens can be chosen for different shredding requests and materials.
To keep operator safe, machine will automatically stop when its screen is opened.
Screen for heavy machine is made by sections in order to keep its convenient change and maintenance.
4. Power device
Smart hydraulic control, when fragile materials are shred, oil cylinder will run at the best speed. When hard materials are shred, pushing speed will automatically become slow to keep rotor from being overload. Every hydraulic station is equipped with cooling system to ensure equipment can stably run for a long time.
Various types with two power devices for customers' free choice. Gearbox safety factor is above Grade 2.0 High-power machines are equipped with fluid couplings.
5. Protective cover
Power device takes advantage of full protective structure for much safer usage.

E. SAFETY REGULATIONS
Whether the motor rotation direction is correct or not, the machine can be fed after no-load start. If the direction is not right, the danger of accidental injury such as knife-edge cracking and material throwing will occur.
When the motor rotates, no cleaning and maintenance shall be carried out around the inner pulley of the machine.
